Which files can I upload?
PDF, Excel (XLSX), CSV, JPG and PNG — 2 to 10 files per comparison, up to 10 MB each.
What if a detail is missing from a quote?
QuoteWise never guesses. Anything not written in the quote is shown as “Not provided”, and you can fill it in on the Review page.
Does QuoteWise pick a supplier for me?
No. It shows factual differences — prices, delivery, terms and missing information. The decision is always yours.
Are photos of paper quotes okay?
Yes, if the photo is flat, sharp and well lit. Very blurry photos can be misread, so always check the numbers on the Review page.
How are other currencies handled?
Original prices are always shown. You can also show approximate converted prices using the European Central Bank's daily rates.
Who can see my quotes?
Only you. Every file, comparison and report is private to your account.
